With extensive experience in financial data analytics and product management, Shivika has recently had the opportunity to build and showcase expertise in tech product evolution and adoption and be a strategic partner to senior Tech leaders in deploying key tech priorities and programs at JP Morgan Chase. Currently, she deploys Tech Centers as a Product to Global Tech communities in three key locations: Manhattan, Silicon Valley, and Seattle.

In addition, she works on strategy and execution of global tech priorities impacting business metrics (cloud adoption) and people's agenda (tackling issues like diversity and creating career mobility pathways). She has also been an entrepreneur, establishing her business from the ground up, setting processes, and performing marketing tests and models to grow her clients. She has mentored small businesses and helped them refine their operating models, client pitches, and P/Ls.
